1 (1 lb) container of Zespri Sungold kiwis, peeled and sliced
2 Tbsp honey
Juice of ½ small lime
6 Mint leaves, chopped

DIRECTIONS
Place the sliced kiwis in a freezer-safe bag, and place in freezer for about 3 hours or until the kiwis have frozen. Add the frozen kiwi, honey, lime, and mint in a small food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Scoop into bowls and serve. Enjoy!
