Tomato & Watermelon Basil Salsa

INGREDIENTS

  • 1½ cups tomatoes, diced
  • 2½ cups watermelon, diced
  • 2 Tbsp red onion, finely diced
  • 5 large basil leaves, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp honey
  • Pinch of salt
  • Dash of black pepper

DIRECTIONS
