Sesame Cabbage Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • ½ cup sesame vinaigrette dressing
  • ½ cup diced green onions
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1 ¼ cups red bell pepper, cut into strips

DIRECTIONS

In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, green onion, and tomatoes.  Add the sesame vinaigrette and toss the salad until it’s evenly coated with dressing.
