Pasta Primavera


INGREDIENTS
- 2 zucchini, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 jar (32 oz) pasta sauce
- 1 lb uncooked whole wheat pasta

DIRECTIONS
In a large pot boil water and cook pasta according to package instructions. When ready, drain pasta and let sit. Sauté zucchini, bell pepper, onion and garlic in olive oil in a large pan over medium heat until vegetables are tender. Add the sauce and heat then serve over the cooked pasta
