Fiery Fudge
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup quick oats
- 1 can (15oz) black beans (no salt added), drained and rinsed well
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup canned pumpkin puree
- 3 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅔ cup semi sweet chocolate chips, separated

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 8×8 pan. First, place the oats in a food processor and blend until it is a flour consistency. Combine the remaining ingredients except chocolate chips in food processor and process until very smooth. Fold ⅓ cup of chocolate chips into mixture, then pour the batter into a greased pan. Smooth mixture with a spatula to create an even surface. Lastly, top the batter with the remaining chocolate chips. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Remove, allow to cool, and slice.
