Broccoli & Grape Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup grapes, cut in half
  • 2 Tbsp finely diced red onion
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • 1½ Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ tsp honey
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp black pepper

DIRECTIONS

Combine the broccoli, grapes, red onion, and raisins into a large mixing bowl.  Whisk the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.  Once well incorporated, add dressing to broccoli mixture and toss until well coated.
