Avocado Cilantro Yogurt Dip
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 cup Greek yogurt or plain yogurt (nonfat)
- ¾ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of one lemon
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper

DIRECTIONS
In a food processor, blend the avocado until smooth. Next, add the yogurt, cilantro, juice of one lemon, and seasonings. Blend until everything is well incorporated. Serve as a dip with raw carrots and bell peppers or on a sandwich!
