Rhonda Edmund is the financial controller for Brighter Bites. Rhonda comes to Brighter Bites with 20 years of experience in the field of Accounting and Financial Management.  A native of Trinidad & Tobago, she moved to the United States at the age of 7 and lived with her family in Brooklyn, New York prior to relocating to the Houston area in 2006.

While earning her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Berkeley College in New York, she gained valuable knowledge in her field of study working in various industries including health care, insurance and advertising with roles ranging from accounting clerk to staff accountant. After earning her degree she continued to grow her knowledge in accounting by securing roles with organizations such as Dolce & Gabbana, Societi General and ABM industries.  In her most recent role, she worked as Controller for Performance Wellhead & Frac Components, an oil & gas servicing company where she managed the financial reporting function for the organization.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. She also enjoys gardening and relaxing with a glass of wine and a great movie.
