Marc Isaacs has been associated with Sun Orchard since May 1990 where he started as it’s Chief Financial Officer. In June 1995 he and an Investor bought the company and he became the CEO and President which he remained as until December of 2014 when Centre Partners acquired a majority interest in Sun Orchard. He remained the CEO until he retired in 2018. Since Centre’s purchase he and his family have remained as Investors and he has retained a position on Sun Orchards’ Board.
Prior to his employment at Sun Orchard, Marc spent almost 10 years in the real estate and syndication industry serving as a Senior Partner in a Regional Syndication firm based in Phoenix, Arizona.
Marc was a CPA and spent the first six years of his career in public accounting including the first three years with Touche Ross and Company, the predecessor to Deloitte & Touche. He received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from State University of New York at Albany (now University at Albany) and a Masters in Taxation from Golden Gate University.
Involvement in Community and Civic organizations is important to Marc. He is the Past Chair (Four Years) of the Board of St. Mary’s Food Bank in Phoenix. St. Mary’s is one of the largest Food Banks in the Country and one of the top five Food Banks in the Feeding America network. He also has been active for many years as a member of the Executive Council for the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation. Most recently he joined the Board of SARRC (Southwest Autism Research and Resource Center) also located in Arizona. SARRC is one of the largest providers of services to families with members on the Autism spectrum in the US.
The Arcadia area of Phoenix has been home to Marc and his wife, Judy, for over 40 years. Their daughter Dena lives in Phoenix while their son Adam and his family, (wife Melanie, son Charlie and daughter Anna) live in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
