Josh is a program coordinator for Brighter Bites in Dallas. Josh is extremely passionate about nutrition, cooking, and exercise, and loves to engage with families and their kids to share tips and personal experiences to help make communities healthier. He graduated from Indiana University in 2013 with a degree in athletic training, and has a lot of experience working with athletes, strength and conditioning professionals and nutritionists to help keep athletes healthy and on the field competing in the safest way possible. Josh will graduate with a Master’s degree in Sport Pedagogy in the Spring of 2019 from Baylor University.
Josh has been fortunate to live in many different areas around the country, and seeing the disparity between communities regarding nutrition education and access to fresh produce has sparked a passion for helping communities as a whole with healthcare and nutrition. Josh fell in love with cooking and nutrition while working at Indiana University, and loves cooking and trying new foods with his family at home. In his personal life, he loves to play basketball and spend as much time outdoors with his wife and two dogs as possible!
