Jenny Johnson is Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Sysco. Jenny joined Sysco in October 2023, with more than 25 years of experience in accounting, reporting, internal controls, finance transformation and global shared services. At Sysco, Jenny provides leadership and oversight of technical accounting matters, and is responsible for the Company’s financial accounting and controllership functions, including SEC reporting, statutory reporting, and compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley act. Prior to joining Sysco, Jenny spent 18 years at FedEx, where she held the positions of Corporate Vice President and Principal Accounting Officer, Staff Vice President and Corporate Controller and Vice President of Accounting. Before joining FedEx, Jenny held accounting leadership positions at Land O’Lakes, and worked as auditor in public accounting. Jenny holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees of Professional Accountancy from Mississippi State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
