Program Manager, Nutrition Education
Jacqueline Noyola is the Brighter Bites program manager for nutrition education. In her role, she leads the Dallas team’s overall nutrition education efforts and has collaborated with colleagues across all Brighter Bites cities to develop the Brighter Bites school action plans, accountability tools, and data collection metrics for the Coordinated Approach to Child Health (CATCH) and other child-focused that schools, after school programs, and camps utilize around the country.
Jacqueline has been with Brighter Bites since September 2014, when she started as a program coordinator for the Dallas program. Her previous work focused on nutrition education in the healthcare setting. Jacqueline’s passion for nutrition, appreciation for cultural diversity, and her love for working with children are reflected in her commitment to the development of our Brighter Bites communities.
Jacqueline’s dedication to helping youth carries into her free time as she counsels teens and works toward becoming a certified youth counselor. She is fluent in both English and Spanish, and holds an undergraduate degree in food nutrition from Stephen F. Austin State University.
