Operations & Procurement Supervisor
Born in Durham, North Carolina into a Caribbean family and raised in Columbia, Maryland, Gabrielle’s life was surrounded by food. Gabrielle started out cooking at home with her family when she realized that cooking was something she truly loved, but she had no idea how far that passion would take her. Gabrielle began exploring the different aspects of the food world through culinary, journalism, restaurant and hotel management, and procurement.
In her free time, Gabrielle enjoys exploring the Houston food scene and expanding her knowledge of the latest food trends. Working at Brighter Bites allows Gabrielle the opportunity to use the knowledge and skills she’s learned through the years and give back to the Houston community.
