Clarissa Sarsama, MPH

Senior Program Manager
Southwest Florida

Clarissa is a program coordinator for Brighter Bites in Southwest Florida. She has worked in rural Southwest Florida for 6 years, mostly in education, and has seen the need for access to healthier foods in the area. She went to Chicago for two years to obtain my Masters of Public Health at DePaul University and is excited to apply what she has learned there to her new position here.

She enjoys making healthy foods at home with her two young children. She loves bringing her five-year-old in the cooking process as much as possible so that he can grow up with an appreciation for healthy, home-cooked meals. She is looking forward to sharing her passion with families here and looking forward to helping make an impact on the health of the community.
