Carlos Terrones

Program Coordinator

Carlos Terrones is a program coordinator in New York City. Carlos spent the early years of his public sector career working in international development with communities in the areas of education, agriculture, health, economic development, and good governance. Upon his return to the U.S., he joined
city government and focused primarily on improving processes for city agencies and launching new government initiatives to tackle social disparities.

Carlos has a close connection with food insecurity. During his time at the U.S. Agency for International Development, he facilitated food aid assistance through the food for work program in collaboration with the World Food Programm. Carlos Brighter Bites’ moment is being a channel of well-being to the families.
