Bianca Schinzer B.S., M.S.

Program Coordinator
Austin

Bianca Schinzer is a Program Coordinator for Brighter Bites in Austin and is from Fort Worth, Texas. She received her undergraduate degree in Exercise Sports Science and went on to complete her Master’s degree in Public Health Education and Promotion at Texas State University. Her previous role as a Supplemental Instructor of Exercise Physiology led her to understand the importance of a healthy, balanced diet and its effect on how the body runs.
Bianca has been interested in nutrition and health throughout college and was drawn to Brighter Bites because of their mission to serve under-resourced communities. The improvement of health outcomes and furthering nutrition education is possible as a Program Coordinator and, as a first generation Mexican American, being able to empower the primarily Hispanic communities in Austin by providing fresh fruit and vegetables is a personal goal of Bianca’s. Outside of work, Bianca loves to work out, bake, go on hikes, and enjoy a good book.
