Alison Rodriguez is a Program Coordinator for Brighter Bites in Bakersfield. Since coming across Brighter Bites, Alison has been inspired and driven to help educate her hometown about healthy eating and building a stronger sense of community. Alison’s realization about the importance of healthy eating started back in 2015 when she was taking care of a sick family member. Since then, Alison has grown passionate about it and values knowledge about nutrition. Alison is excited to continue making a positive change in the town she grew up in, through Brighter Bites. In her free time, Alison stays active by lifting weights and going on frequent hikes or walks with her dog. Alison also loves to make art and try new baking recipes.
