Lori Hoadley is the Senior Operations Coordinator in Austin, Texas, where she helps manage day-to-day program logistics.

Lori received her honors undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Texas in Austin. While pursuing her degree, she was a volunteer research assistant on studies related to health behaviors and behavior change. She has additional experience in business, customer service, and mediation and conflict management.

Lori has been a part of the Brighter Bites team since August of 2018 when she joined as a program associate. She is passionate about great food and the advantage nutritious foods give children. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and eating with her family, exercising, gardening, dancing, and traveling.
