Charmaine Bailey is the Program Manager in Pennsylvania. With over 20 years of experience as an educator in Philadelphia’s K-12 schools, she has served in roles ranging from classroom teacher to school leadership. Her career has been deeply rooted in fostering parent and community engagement, working collaboratively to build strong connections between families, schools, and communities. She is thrilled to join the Brighter Bites team, where she can merge her professional educational experience with her passion for community engagement and connection. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family in Pennsylvania and South Jersey and volunteering in various community service projects through her sorority.
