Papaya Peanut Salsa

- 4 Roma tomatoes, diced (about 2 cups)
- 3 green onions, sliced
- ½ cup peanuts (no salt)
- juice of ½ an orange
- juice of one lime
- ½ tsp salt

DIRECTIONS
Place papaya, tomatoes, green onions, and peanuts in a large bowl. Juice the orange and lime over the fruit and mix thoroughly. Season with salt. Serve over fish, chicken, or with baked tortilla chips.
