- 1 yellow squash, diced
- 1 cup mango, diced (fresh, canned, or frozen)
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- ½ cup finely diced carrot
- ¼ red onion, diced
- ½ jalapeño, deseeded, finely diced
- 2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp black pepper
- ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
