Brighter Bites provides regular access to fresh produce, #nutritioneducation, and #healthytips to families in under-resourced communities nationwide. Studies show children and parents who received Brighter Bites demonstrated a significant increase in their fruit and vegetable consumption, a significant decrease in amount of added sugars consumed among children, and a significant increase in eating produce-heavy meals together at home. And these habits stick!
