Popping Pomegranate Salsa

INGREDIENTS

  • Seeds of one pomegranate (approx. 1 cup)
  • 2 large pears, diced
  • 2 Tbsp finely diced shallots
  • ¼ cup finely chopped cilantro
  • Juice of one lime
  • 2 Tbsp pomegranate juice
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp garlic powder
  • ⅛ tsp black pepper
