INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup frozen chopped mango (about 1 mango)
  • 2 whole carrots, chopped
  • ½ cup frozen chopped peaches
  • ½ cup low-fat milk (or more or less, depending on desired consistency)
  • ½ frozen banana
