- 4 nectarines, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup canned corn, no salt added
- ½ onion, diced
- ½ jalapeño, deseeded and diced
- 3 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
