White Bean Dip
INGREDIENTS
- 1 can (16 oz) of no salt added butter beans (or other white bean of choice)
- ¼ cup nonfat plain yogurt
- ½ Tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp dried basil
- Zest of one lemon
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp black pepper
- 2 large carrots, sliced
- 2 red bell peppers, sliced
