Jacqueline Noyola
Manager of Education and Outreach
Brighter Bites
Jacqueline Noyola is the Brighter Bites manager of education and outreach. In her role, she collaborates with colleagues across all Brighter Bites cities to develop the Brighter Bites school action plans, accountability tools, and other child-focused data collection metrics for the nutrition education pillar of our program. She also oversees the internship and volunteer programs for our teams across the country.
Jacqueline has been with Brighter Bites since September 2014, when she started as a program coordinator for the Dallas program. Her previous work focused on nutrition education in the healthcare setting. Jacqueline’s passion for nutrition, appreciation for cultural diversity, and her love for working with children are reflected in her commitment to the development of our Brighter Bites communities.
Jacqueline’s dedication to helping youth carries into her free time as she counsels teens and works toward becoming a certified youth counselor. She is fluent in both English and Spanish, and holds an undergraduate degree in food nutrition from Stephen F. Austin State University.
